Bright Colors feat. Stripes

I took all these pictures about few days ago. There were no tripod and remote, so I used the power of chair, thick books and magazines (yes! haha) and self timer. Too bad my brother couldn't help me because he's on holiday. And big news for me came yesterday, my thesis defense will be held on July 4th, so it's about 2 weeks again. I'm so grateful for the schedule and everything, so I can prepare the best for my thesis defense. 

Wish me luck, guys! On July 4th I will get my bachelor of engineering degree, so my name will be Nadya Gita Amalia, ST. ST stands for Sarjana Teknik in Bahasa. :D

On that bright day, I decided to wear my stripes t-shirt, red skirt (I forgot that I have it! haha), yellow tiny belt, dark blue suede heels, and some bangles. I wore them again that night to have dinner with parents at cozy restaurant, called Vanilla.

I took these pictures above in front of my house. 

These pictures above were taken in indoor garage. Hate the lighting, so I used photoshop to make them looks better.

The last three pictures were taken in my room.

Take A Breath

FIUH!
That's one word for me after collecting my thesis draft yesterday. You know what, when I was printing my thesis page the night before the collecting day, I just realized that I've run out the A4 paper! So I decided to print the rest of my thesis page tomorrow. After editing some parts (I only slept for 2 hours), at the same day I woke up, took a bath, got nothing on my face and hair (even moisturizers! haha and I didn't brush my hair) and then rushed to the printing place. The due hour was on 12 and on 11 I just arrived on campus, got my lecturers' signature, did the administration thing and finallyyyyy my thesis was collected that day! now I have a break for a week while waiting for the thesis defense schedule :D
I really didn't take care of myself because of the thesis. I lose my weight (so sad, since it's really hard for me to gain weight), lack of sleeping (I slept 12 hours for the revenge! haha), my skin and hair are not in a good condition, and my BLOG, yeah I really miss it. Really miss fashion stuff and all fashion blog things. They mean a world to me :)
Sooo, tomorrow and the days after I'll do some me time yeaayy! Go to saloon, got some massages and hair creambath, meet my boyfriend <3 we'll do the LDR next week :( and having time with family!

Just a few more steps, Nadya!

My thesis seminar will be held next Friday and the thesis defense presentation will be held around the end of June. Ah, and it's bachelor's thesis. Yeah, I know, I'm spending 5 years to complete my bachelor's degree.
Based on my first post, you know, my passion is not here, not in Industrial Engineering. So I have to deal for 5 years to get along with it. Can't wait to graduate soon and do what I want to do :)

Because of my thesis preparation, I have to fully concentrate on it soooo my blog is in a neglected situation for a moment. Today I decided to take a rest for a while from the thesis stuff. I really miss my blog :') Reading all the comments = priceless. I'm so thankful for all your attention. Maybe nothing for some people but it's something for me :) so here I am now, reading all comments, blogwalking, windows shopping (I've made a list! haha) and I'm really enjoying my time now!

Sooooo, wish me luck for my seminar on next Friday! :))

Leather & Blues

Hi! How's your day?

I really want to post this since a while ago. But I had final exams for 2 weeks (yeay! that was my final exam in campus life, so I can fully concentrate on my thesis now), and there's some trouble with the camera. You know, on my last post I took the pictures with my blackberry.

I want to share about my last online shopping. Oh, I love online shopping. Who doesn't? :p

This picture below was when my order just arrived. I ordered Adam Leather Skirt from Velvet. Love the skirt! So here it goes!

It took a long time to take a photoshoot with this leather skirt. So, on last Sunday I took some pictures wearing the skirt. I was too excited with the skirt so I didn't put any accessories and bag, haha. These two pictures were taken in my brother's room. The room was really a messed so I had to clean it up first. The sunlight was too shine and dazzled so I gave up :p

These pictures below were taken in my room. I didn't think about the accessories and bag. My thought was just about the skirt and the shoes, haha. 

 I wore Zara's boots for the first shot.

 Then I wore Bellagio's clogs for the next shots.

Which shoes suit the best?

On that morning, I was taking some photoshoots at Niken's house. It was Nidya's project and her friend for  their clothing line. They designed the clothes by themselves and their collection are so great! I really love almost their collection. I will post about the photoshoot and their lookbook later after the photographers edit all the pictures. 

These pictures below are Intan's make up do. I really really do love her work!! My eyes are "smizing" and my skin looks almost flawless. Maybe I will call Intan for doing my make up for graduation ceremony :) 

First Make Up Review

I bought two beauty stuff this day, Revlon Grow Luscious Mascara and OPI Suzie Loves Cowboys. This is my first make up stuff review, so here it goes! :D

I love the packaging.

First, I used lash curler to curl my lashes, then swept the mascara for, maybe 10 times with zig-zag motion from the lashes roots. This is the result:

Oops, I think I put too much swept on my left eyelashes :p

I love the result, my lashes looks full and long. BUT, a few seconds after applied the mascara, my eyes felt itchy and sore. So I rubbed them and I just realized the mascara is non waterproof. (The packaging says it's waterproof).  

You can see the black area under my eyes after I rubbed them.

So, I don't recommend this Revlon mascara. Television ads makes it perfect by staring Jessica Biel, so I was fooled by the ads (HAHA, girls!). So far, the best mascara ever is from Maybelline. They have many mascara products and they're GREAT! The last product was Maybelline Magnum Volum' Express. I think it's perfect! It has great brush and make your eyes look beautiful, and it's WATERPROOF!

Which packaging do you like? Revlon or Maybelline? Mine is this Maybelline :)

Next review is OPI Suzi Loves Cowboys. I really love all OPI colors. Feels like I wanna buy all the colors! Maybe I will do, but not in the same time :p

Love the color! Maybe I'll buy OPI matte for the next nail polish shopping. Shade of navy or grey would be nice, I think :) 

So, that was my review. Still learning how to do it better and will do the next review. All pictures was taken with my blackberry. I was too lazy to shoot with DSLR :p
